Terms of Trade
The commercial terms below govern sourcing and production enquiries placed with Tricom Fashions Inc. Formal contracting follows a signed purchase order / sales contract and accepted sample approval.
1. Proposals & RFQ
All quotations and feasibility studies are provided free of charge and are indicative until a formal purchase order is issued. Quoted prices are net FOB unless otherwise stated.
2. Sampling
- Lab dips / available-colour samples: 3–5 days.
- Actual-colour / fully sourced samples: 15–20 days, depending on fabric sourcing.
- Costing for regular styles: within 1 business day.
Sample approval in writing is required before bulk production commences.
3. Production Lead Times
- Local fabric: approximately 60–70 days.
- Imported synthetic fabrics: minimum 90–110 days.
4. Payment Terms
Irrevocable LC at sight and TT wire transfers are accepted. Payment and banking details (account number, SWIFT) are provided on the Contact Us page and on the commercial invoice.
5. Quality Assurance
Every order passes a three-stage control system: in-line inspection, pre-quality audit, and final AQL inspection before shipment. Non-conforming goods are reworked or rejected in line with the applicable AQL level agreed at order placement.
6. Intellectual Property
Patterns, tech packs, branding and designs supplied by the client remain the client's property and are used solely for the purposes of fulfilling the order.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, subject to good-faith negotiation first.
